How to Use This Theme This theme is meant to updated very quickly in the event of a chargeback or cancellation. 1. Logo To Change the text based logo, just edit the text block for "Logo - Text" in the header and the footer 2. The Banner Image The banner has six images pre-loaded to choose from. 3. The Quicklinks There are also two quicklink sectors to choose from. The images for the quicklinks have not been added. They will need to be added manually. 4. The backgound color can be updated to any light color and the rest of the theme colors will more or less blend.

Getting Support on Website/Setting Up An Appointment...
 

  • How do I schedule an appointment with a technician? - Feel free to call our customer service line at 1-(844)-800-5215 whenever you need to set up an appointment. You can also email support@websupportctr.com

  • Is there a database with written instructions on how to use Warhead? - We have help documents available which can be viewed from the Account section of Warhead: https://www.warheadtraining.com/view-help-documents

  • Can I schedule more than one appointment at a time? - Our Client Liaisons - the customer service representatives that answer 1-(844)-800-5215, our front desk number - will usually only be permitted to schedule one appointment at a time. That's one appointment per client, per technician. However, when you call into that number, you can ask the Client Liaisons to put you on a waiting list so that we can notify you if we're able to move your appointment time to a sooner time slot that would be freed up from any canceled appointments.

  • What can I do between appointments? - Our support and marketing technicians will provide you with training materials or homework to work on between appointments, such as the warhead Training Center website (this website), the Warhead Help Documents, and tasks to help fix or improve your website. You can email your technician anytime to update them on your progress or ask for assistance between appointments as well.

  • Can I schedule my own appointments? - Our appointment management system should only be used by our Client Liaisons who answer our support line. Please do not schedule appointments for yourself, and instead, call the front desk at 1-(844)-800-5215 or send an email to support@websupportctr.com if you need to schedule an appointment.




How do I add a new supplier?


  • Info Needed – Suppliers Name & Shipping Address
  • Shipping Methods - You will need to identify what shipping methods your suppliers are using: UPS, USPS, FedEx, Flat Rate Shipping, or Free Shipping. You will most likely reflect the same shipping methods your supplier is using on your website.
  • A product spreadsheet/data feed will be the easiest ways to get all the product information you need from your suppliers to your website. These can be easily uploaded to your website and if they contain all of the correct information, it means less work for you. Ideally, a product spreadsheet should contain the following information: product name, descriptions, category, MSRP, wholesale cost, images, SKU, MPN, UPC, weight, dimensions, and brand.
  • In the event that a supplier does not offer a product spreadsheet or dealer portal with product info, you will need to ask them how their dealers get access to their products. If you’re not provided with a spreadsheet then you will likely have to manually create products. https://www.warheadtraining.com/creating-a-product
  • Once you have gathered this information please send an email to support@websupportctr.com and provide us the information needed. Also, be sure to list the supplier and information on your Client Acct Info Spreadsheet that was shared with you by your account rep.

In order to have images upload from a product spreadsheet, what is the correct format I should be using?

  • You will want to include a column on your product spreadsheet for the Image URL’s. Also make sure that you are using the exact URL where the image is hosted.
  • The image URL should look similar to this example  - http://demo.warhead.com/images/products/product-image.jpg?mw=260&mh=260




How do I request changes to my Warhead site's visual design?


  • For something like this, you will want to contact our designers. Please submit design requests using our Revision Form.
  • Filling out this form will get you in contact with the specific designer for your website. The folks who field these messages will be able to help a lot more than the support team can. For any design related questions, you can send a message on over to design@websupportctr.com as well.



I would like to Edit/Delete/Combine a few of the categories on my website. How do I do this?

How do I make changes/create my About Us, Shipping & Returns / Extra Pages?
  • You can access the extra pages by logging into Warhead and going Dashboard > Content > Extra Pages and then modify the existing Policy/extra pages or clicking Create to create a new extra page.
